Our Care team of doulas, lactation consultants, PSWs and baby whisperers are available round the clock to support you in any way you need so you can focus on recovery, learning and enjoying this special time with baby.

When a parent needs some quiet time to theirself, we have a supervised nursery outfitted with sleep-safe bassinets and 24/7 care staff. In-room assistance is also available for questions all day and night.

Select from a Standard King Room or a Luxury Suite at the Kimpton Hotel, both of which are outfitted with baby and parent essentials from our partners at Frida, The Matter Co and Three Ships. All essential gear including bassinet, change pad, nursing pillow, baby loungers are provided in-room to make your stay feel as comfortable as home. Alma has everything taken care of, including hospital-grade breastpumps, the Medela Symphony, just in case you need it.

Nourishment

Our team of postnatal experts have crafted a menu that is optimized for your nutrition, recovery and milk production. We provide three meals each day as well as nourishing snacks, broths, teas and beverages - featuring products from Aiyana, Greenhouse and Farm Boy.
